A family-owned company from the very beginning, Hoar Construction was founded in 1940 and has grown from our headquarters in Birmingham, Alabama, to a national firm with eleven offices in seven states and experience on more than 4,000 projects across nine market sectors. In addition to Birmingham, we have offices across Texas; in Nashville and Chattanooga, Tennessee; DC; Atlanta; and Orlando and Tampa, Florida. Our business is centered around healthcare, higher education, and multifamily construction, but we also have extensive experience in mixed-use/retail, office and commercial, government and civic, entertainment, hospitality, and industrial sectors.
