Hoar Construction provided preconstruction services to Regions Bank and KPS Group, the architect, before the land was even purchased.

The fast-track delivery schedule was essential—Regions had to take occupancy just 23 months after the start of design. During preconstruction, the team worked together on multiple versions of design development documents. Budgets were verified at each stage of the drawing release process to ensure Regions’ budget would be met. Creative collaboration and solution development from the team brought the project in on time and more than $6 million under budget.
