381 Elden Street is a 45,000 square-foot office building renovation and repositioning for current and future General Services Administration (GSA) tenant spaces within a 184,000 square-foot, four-floor suburban office building in Herndon, Virginia.
Renovations to the existing space include remodeling the existing atrium by installing a new terrazzo floor, reskinning the North and South entrances (public and tenant), and amenity areas including a coffee bar and sitting/work area, conference center, and fitness area.
The building remained approximately 70% occupied during construction.
