The Center Aerospace Technology Building II (CAT II) is a single-story
34,740 square-foot office building the in Research Park.

This building serves as a research facility and laboratory, supporting the university’s
mission to drive innovation in aerospace and engineering. The structure boasts 30-foot ceilings to accommodate related aircraft resources. The structure sits alongside an active runway, which is used for academic training. The route for this training goes directly over the project. Our team works closely with the university and the airport to accommodate any equipment over 35 feet required during construction, per FAA guidelines.
