UTC Oak Street Residence Hall

This project involves the construction of a new student residence hall designed to
accommodate approximately 780 beds.

Located at the center of the block bounded by Oak Street, Douglas Street,
McCallie Avenue, and Houston Street, the development will enhance on-campus
living capacity and student experience. The scope of work includes
the full construction of the residence hall structure, as well as associated site
improvements such as sidewalks, site stairs, retaining walls, grading, and
stormwater management systems—including detention/retention features and
water quality measures. The project will also involve installation and coordination
of all necessary utilities to support the new facility.
