Lane Parke

We served as general contractor for the 122,000-square-foot, phased, mixed-use development at Lane Parke. This project is part of the Mountain Brook Village master plan by Evson, Inc.

Phase 1 of the development contains a mix of high-end tenants. Tenants new to the Birmingham area include CharBar No. 7, Kinnucan’s Specialty Outfitters, The Local Taco, Revelator Coffee, and p2 Platinum Pilates. A’mano, M&S Handmade Furniture, B. Prince, and Western Supermarket opened new versions of their existing stores in the development. We were responsible for the cold, dark shell of the development and interior build-out of the 28,000-square-foot Western Market.

The second and final phase of Lane Park will consist of 55,000 square feet of high-end retail and restaurant space. This phase is identical to the first phase and will complete the entire project’s development. In addition to the mixed-use development, our scope includes an extensive landscape and site improvement package.
