Naples, Florida, is one of the wealthiest cities in the country, and the Mercato development in the heart of Naples is an elegant addition to the community, featuring luxury condominiums, offices, and upscale retail space.

When Hoar Construction signed on to the Mercato project, we were informed that the final result must be flawless. But as the Senior Project Manager on Mercato, observed, “Achieving that level of quality was expected. It’s what we expect of ourselves anyway.” We carefully choreographed construction schedules so tenants could begin moving into the condos as retail construction was completing, making it a win-win situation for both condo owners and retail merchants. We also customized each condo – 92 units in total – to the specific needs and wishes of the tenants. Finally, we ensured the buildings were of the highest possible quality by water-testing every single door and window in the complex.
