East Texas A&M Morris Recreation Center

The East Texas A&M Morris Recreation Center Expansion and Renovation is a CMAR-delivered project that modernizes and expands a key campus facility while keeping operations active throughout construction. The project includes approximately 16,000 square feet of renovations and 13,000 square feet of new construction, featuring new fitness spaces, upgraded activity and locker areas, relocated administrative offices, a new main entrance, and site enhancements. Through an extensive preconstruction phase, the team partnered closely with the owner and design team to align scope, budget, and schedule, develop a six-phase construction plan, and proactively mitigate risks within the existing building, ensuring a well-planned, efficient delivery from design through construction.
