TCAT Dickson Higher Education Center

This project is a state-of-the-art, 59,300-square-foot higher education center in Dickson County supporting TCAT and Nashville State Community College programs. The facility includes modern academic buildings, site development, parking, drives, and infrastructure upgrades to create a comprehensive educational hub. Designed primarily for healthcare-related programs, it features laboratories, classrooms, and dedicated spaces for faculty, staff, and student support. This new center provides adaptable, cutting-edge spaces tailored to meet evolving workforce training demands. Despite 47 weather days, the project team delivered the facility ahead of schedule.
