TCAT Diesel & Tech

This project is a new diesel technology building and technical/dental building of approximately 70,000 square feet on an existing higher education campus. The project includes site development, utilities, parking, paving, drives, and infrastructure improvements. Spaces include high bay training space, laboratories, classrooms, and support spaces to accommodate technical college academic programs, administrative functions, student support spaces, and work simulation training. The project includes demolition of the existing diesel building and approximately 5,000 square feet of renovation of existing facilities. Spaces include, but are not limited to, both high- and standard-ceiling height laboratories, classrooms, covered storage, faculty, staff, and student support spaces. Laboratories are designed to simulate a work environment for the practical applications of instruction and skill. This project includes multiple phases and early release of contract documents and equipment procurement packages.
