Two Lakes Edge

​Hoar Construction built its second multifamily residential development in Hughes Landing, a mixed-use development in The Woodlands. It is an 8-story, 386-unit property that complements One Lakes Edge, the first built by Hoar.

The luxury apartments feature one, two, and three bedrooms with upscale finishes including quartz countertops, simulated wood flooring, and home automation technology for tenants to control the door lock, thermostat, and lights by smartphone or through Amazon’s Alexa. Amenities include a resort-style pool, an outdoor entertainment area, a Sky Lounge, and an expansive fitness center with a yoga room and outdoor fitness lawn.
