UVA Ivy Corridor Housing

This project includes the phased development of six new residential buildings on the UVA campus at Emmett Street and Ivy Road. The new dorms will include up to 2,335 beds and associated food service venues. It is a joint venture between Hoar Construction and Hourigan Construction.

The new dorm buildings are intended to provide housing for all first- and second-year students, as well as third – and fourth-year students and graduate students who might want to live on campus.
