Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University Parking Garage

This project is a new four-story parking garage located on the Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University Campus.

The work consisted of the demolition of a 2-story metal building and adjacent site elements and the construction of a new 239,172 square foot, 620-space precast concrete parking structure with ground-level office space on the first floor that takes up of 8,314 square feet.
