Sunnyvale Crossing

Sunnyvale Crossing is a new, speculative shell warehouse building. It will be a front-load building that maintains a minimum 36-foot clear height at the first column line. The building structure will be load-bearing, tilt-wall concrete, and the final space will be 181,970 square feet.
