Vulcan Materials

The project is a six-floor 185,700-square-foot renovation of the Vulcan Materials corporate headquarters located in building 1200 in the Liberty Park Urban Center.

The renovations include primarily office space with a mix of private offices, cubicles, and conference rooms. The work includes renovating the cafeteria, adding conference rooms, training rooms, and the addition of a fitness center. The building core restrooms and elevator lobby finishes may also be renovated. The office space mechanical and electrical systems will be designed to improve energy efficiency. Most of each floor will be demolished except for the executive area on the 6th floor and the printing and storage areas on the 1st floor.
