Hoar’s fifth project with Stanmore Partners, Warner Ranch is a 336-unit multifamily project located north of Austin in Round Rock.

The resort-style apartment is a four-story, 7-building complex that contains a structural steel parking garage. Amenities include a resort-style swimming pool, courtyard kitchen, yoga and fitness lawn, clubhouse, co-working space, athletic club, and a dog park.
