Watson Clinic Parkway Medical Center

Watson Clinic Parkway Medical Center is a new construction project consisting of a 4-story medical office building housing lab and imaging space.

The 77,192-square-foot medical office building is part of Orlando Health’s Lakeland Highlands Hospital campus on Polk Parkway where it meets Lakeland Highlands Road. The building is four stories with the first three floors — 55,702 square feet of offices, exam rooms and imaging suites. The imaging department is complete with MRI, CT, X-ray, and ultrasound machines. The 4th level is built as a shell space.
