The Felix

The Felix is a new, wood frame, garden-style apartment complex located Southeast of Jacksonville. In recent years, the area has grown from agricultural to residential and commercial developments due to the construction of surrounding subdivisions. The apartment community consists of 280 one-, two-, and three-bedroom units, ranging in size from 700-1,700 square feet.
