TCAT Pulaski Campus Renovation & Addition

The TCAT campus in Pulaski, Tennessee, underwent a significant expansion and renovation project for the Tennessee Board of Regents (TBR). This comprehensive project included the construction of several new buildings and additions, as well as the renovation of existing facilities, aiming to enhance the campus’s infrastructure and educational offerings.

This campus transformation project included the construction of a new 25,000-square-foot Health Services and Administration Building, a 29,000-square-foot Transportation Building, and multiple program expansions, including additions for Welding, Industrial Maintenance Technology, and Building Construction. The project also renovated approximately 18,750 square feet of existing campus facilities to enhance learning environments and support evolving workforce development needs. Extensive site improvements, utilities, parking, and landscaping were completed to create a cohesive, modern campus that expands educational opportunities for students, faculty, and staff.
