Ascension Seton MOB

The new 100,000-square-foot medical office building is located on the Ascension Seton Medical Center Austin campus and will be home to Ascension Seton cardiology, complex spine and imaging services, Capital Medical Clinic and, The OB/GYN Group of Austin.

The core and shell projects also includes a three-story 300-car precast parking garage. The site is located off of 32nd St. and Lamar Blvd. in Austin, TX, and was completed in March 2022.
