GMU Community, Music, and Wellbeing Center

The new Community, Music, and Wellbeing Center at George Mason University will be a 25,000-square-foot building that will host practices for “The Green Machine,” GMU’s athletic “pep” band/ensemble, as well as recreational athletic activities. The facility will consist of a full-sized NCAA basketball court, a flexible secondary recreation space for intermural pickup basketball and volleyball games, space for yoga and exercise classes, conference rooms, equipment storage, group rooms, small offices, and spaces for building services.

Our team is partnering with Powers Brown Architecture using a design-build delivery method.
