Inspire

Inspire features two-residential buildings, one seven stories and one 12 stories, that make up this 750-bed student housing facility in Atlanta.

Located across the street from Georgia Tech’s Bobby Dodd Stadium, the development brings new life to a site that has sat vacant since 2011, after the implosion of a former senior living facility. The facility features 239 apartments consisting of one, two, and four-bed arrangements. Each apartment boasts a living and kitchen space as well as private bathrooms. Each tower includes its own set of different amenity offerings, including a pool deck, clubhouse, saunas, and fitness center located in the 12-story tower. A lounge, study space, and courtyard on grade are featured in the seven-story tower. The two-towers are connected on levels two and seven. Inspire completed in August 2021, time for the fall semester.
