Lakeview Terrace

A residential independent living unit is an addition to an existing lakefront gated retirement community located in Umatilla, Florida.

The total project is comprised of a 5-story, 53,200 square-foot living tower of 31 units. There are 2 elevators and stair towers with 5-7 guest units on each floor. The units are a mix of 1 bed 1.5 bath or 2 bed / 2 bath units with each containing a screened-in patio terrace, full kitchen, living/dining room, and den.

Also on this campus are 9 quadplex, 55,800 square-feet total, 2-story villas, inclusive of 36 living units, 6,200 square feet per building. Each villa has 4 units each consisting of 2 bedrooms and baths, 2 screened-in patio terraces, a full kitchen, 2 dens, and a laundry room.

The 29,000 square-foot clubhouse is a glass storefront exterior consisting of a full-service kitchen, bar/lounge area, multiple dining rooms, staff offices, and an auditorium/multi-purpose hall.

Lastly, this project has a total of 28 carports located outside of the tower and villa buildings and consists of a mix of golf cart carports and car carports. They are constructed out of CMU stone veneer columns with wood trusses and shingle roofs.
