Parke West

Parke West is a 2 tower multi-use development in Nashville, Tennessee. The Residential tower is 16 stories. The building features 210 luxury apartment units. There will be 4 levels of underground parking with a floor of leasing and retail on top. There will be 4 separate amenities decks – 2 of which are plaza terraces.

This project is a tight infill site that is just under an acre and located directly next to the interstate. The interstate ramp adds the obvious logistic problems of dealing with a highly trafficked road, but it is also a high foot traffic neighborhood. Our team has had to manage the flow of people, the noise management, and parking for surrounding retail. The site backs directly up to a prominent historic Nashville neighborhood. Our team has had to work closely with the city, neighborhood committees, and owner in order to insure the building complies with all the local needs and concerns.
