The Finery – T3

The Finery – T3 is a new mass timber office building in Nashville, representing the three pillars of technology, timber, and transit.

This new construction 190,000 square-foot, seven-story, mass timber office building includes over 10,000 square-feet of ground-floor retail. The building’s floor will be constructed with Dowel Laminated Tiber (DLT) above a concrete podium with a 200-space parking garage.
