For West Florida Hospital, we completely re-skinned this 500-bed, six-story hospital – while the facility remained fully operational. Before construction started, Hoar and key subcontractors outlined a specific sequence of tasks to replace the enclosure on all six floors in 12 separate phases. The precise and repetitive nature of the construction plan enabled us to generate a highly accurate cost projection. As expected, we achieved delivery efficiencies through repetition and were able to return over $400,000 in savings to the owner.
