Located on 16 acres near Fort Bend Parkway, the apartments will will be part of Johnson Development’s Sienna Plantation master-planned community.
The apartments will feature two and three-bedroom units in three-story facilities. Some units will have attached garages. The complex will include a clubhouse with 24-hour fitness club, conference room, business center, latte lounge and game room, dog parks, a resort style pool with poolside cabanas, and additional courtyards with seating and fire pits.
The project team also includes Steinberg Dickey Collaborative and Haven Design Studio.
