8000 Uptown

8000 Uptown, a Class A, multifamily project in Broomfield, Colorado, is located on a 14-acre site in the Arista Master Plan development northwest of Denver.

Arista is a transit-oriented development in an established mixed-use master plan development. It includes an Aloft Hotel, retail, medical, office, and the 6,000 seat 1st Bank event center.

A harsh winter with a month of snow in February and record May rains didn’t impact progress on this project. However, waiting on owl fledglings to leave their nest was a challenge the project team didn’t expect. Once the project was underway, the baby owls provided some interesting entertainment.
