Academy Sports + Outdoors Headquarters

The Academy Sports + Outdoors headquarters was constructed on the company’s campus in Katy, Texas. In addition to the office facilities, there is a new 6.5-story parking garage that consists of a 1,450-car parking garage.

The four-story, tilt-wall building has an expansive fitness center with aerobics rooms, a deli, “town hall,” and a theater/meeting space with retractable seating for 420 people. The courtyard that connects the building to the new parking garage has two water features, grills, and seating. We modified four of the surrounding roads to accommodate the increased traffic.
