Butler Snow’s 100,000 square-foot offices occupy four floors of the Renaissance 200 building, including the penthouse.

The imported stone, high-end wood veneers, and custom millwork and wall coverings made Butler Snow’s substantial completion date tightly dependent on our procurement strategy; we tracked the purchase of long-lead items as closely as we tracked construction tasks. We focused on early and intense coordination with the architect on finishes selection to ensure material delivery would not adversely impact the project timeline. Procurement and delivery status was monitored at least weekly and the schedule was updated accordingly so sufficient manpower could be on site when materials arrived.
