Chesapeake Brandon Woods III

Brandon Woods III is a new single-story tilt wall shell warehouse building in Glen Burnie, Maryland.

The total building area is +/- 80,000 square feet. The minimum clear height of the building is expected to be 32-feet, excluding the speed bay. The rear elevation will include two drive-in doors with ramp access and a continuous dock high truck court with access to loading dock doors between the ramps. Storefront entrances are planned on both corners of the front elevation. The project features LED lighting throughout the building and site. The building includes infrastructure for the addition of a future tenant improvement.
