Fenton is a 92-acre regional mixed-use development located in Cary, North Carolina at the intersection of Cary Towne Boulevard and Trinity Road.

Phase I includes 32-acres and will offer 325,000 square feet of best-in-class office accommodations, 122,000 square feet of retail, a boutique hotel, a luxury apartment complex, and an upscale movie theater. Fenton will offer an impressive mix of shopping destinations, from chef-driven restaurants to high-end fashion.

Our portion of the work includes both preconstruction and construction services. We are currently building the core and shell of four office buildings totaling 325,000 square feet, 122,000 square feet of retail space, 4,500 square feet of restaurant space, Paragon movie theater, a childcare center, 4 jewel boxes, a 2-level 254,000 square feet precast parking deck with 811 spaces, as well as all site improvements, hardscapes, landscape and irrigation, public roadwork and exterior signage.
