Marquee at UCF Renovation

The Marquee is a student housing complex, directly across the street from the University of Central Florida.

The project scope includes exterior and interior renovation of The Marquee. This updated student housing project provides a contemporary design to meet the current generation’s lifestyle and delivers a modern array of amenities. For optimal execution of this improvement project, the massive site was divided into separate phases. Phase I included the revamp of 213,466 square feet of common areas and amenity spaces, as well as, 173 residential units with 560 beds of the South Building. Phase II included a full renovation of the North building across the street for an additional 217,465 square feet and 334 units with 967 beds.
