Smith County Courthouse

The Smith County Courthouse project includes a 7-story courthouse building, a 500+ space parking garage, and a city park.

The courthouse building will include 3 levels of courts with 12 total courts; 4 levels with county office and administrative spaces; and secure, basement-level in-custody holding and transfer. The parking structure will be 5 levels and include more than 500 spaces for jurors and the general public. A park plaza will be built at the site of the previous courthouse once it’s demolished.
