The 62+ community will house 120 one- and two-bedroom units in a 4-story building.
Crisp Regional Hospital in Cordele, Ga., has completed an expansion and renovation project, according to a news release from Hoar Construction (Birmingham, Ala.), the general contractor on the project.
The $19 million project comprises a new 2-story, 15,000-square-foot addition housing new operating room (OR) suites and patient bays.
Additionally, renovations focused on the post-anesthesia care unit (PACU), outpatient service rooms, main entrance, waiting areas, and administrative spaces.
The project team includes CDH Partners (architect; Atlanta), Impact Development Management (program manager; Atlanta), Walter P Moore (structural engineer; Houston), Columbia Engineering (civil engineer; Duluth, Ga.), and NBP Engineers (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineer; Macon, Ga.).
