Hoar Construction welcomes Doug Storer as director of business strategies for the Florida Division.

In his new role, Storer will leverage his thirty-years of design and construction experience to craft innovative solutions and develop implementation strategies to meet client construction goals.

“We have built tremendous momentum in Florida by focusing on efficient, innovative, and workflow-driven processes to deliver the very best building experience possible,“ said Michael Parks, vice president of Hoar’s Florida Division. “Doug is a great addition to our team and will help us continue our growth and ensure our clients’ success.”

Doug brings a comprehensive understanding of the finance, development, design and construction of complex public and private buildings. He has led national teams for multibillion, Fortune 15 companies and has deep experience of the public sector having served as an elected official for more than a decade. Doug also brings the unique experience of inventing a patented safety shoe light product for work and play. These products have been sold in 50 countries and were featured on ABC’s Shark Tank.
