Hoar Construction held a groundbreaking ceremony for Cleveland State Community College’s new Health & Sciences facility Aug. 29. This is the first building the campus will construct in more than 40 years and is part of a planned campus revitalization project. This $25 million project will include Nursing, EMT and Medical Assistant Skills and Simulation labs, state-of-the-art biology and microbiology labs, five general classrooms, three conference rooms, student study and collaboration space, faculty offices and 2,400 square feet of multi-function space for classes and events.
