Opportunities for Women in Construction
Nationally, women make up just 10% of the construction industry. And while statistics show the future provides many more opportunities for women in the industry, there’s still a need to create opportunities and awareness early on. In this video, some of our female employees discuss the early factors that play a role in the gender divide and what we all can do to encourage more women to seek out a career in construction.
