Construction Career Goals
Continuing our celebration of Women in Construction Week 2020 and the many paths women can take into our industry — Cindy Anderson and Hayley Riley both took a one-way road to a career in construction. Cindy has been working in our industry for 27 years while Hayley is in her first year with our company, but they both say by the time they graduated college, they knew construction was where they were meant to be.
