LaCenterra at Cinco Ranch

The inspiration for LaCenterra came from a stream in Texas. The quality requirements came from the client. The expertise came from our industry-changing team members.

With the budget tight and expectations high, Hoar Construction managed the effort to design and execute multiple buildings with multiple façades. We analyzed various construction approaches to establish the most economical process that still satisfied the desired aesthetic. The final design incorporated tilt-up panels for perimeter structural walls on each of the buildings, which allowed us to maintain the multiple façade look by changing exterior veneers and masonry to achieve a variety of appearances. Additionally, tilt-up construction proved to be the most economical in terms of material cost and allowed us to build the project faster, reducing project costs even further.
