Nashville State Madison Teaching Facility

The new satellite school for Nashville State will be located in the Madison area of Nashville.

The previous site has five existing buildings that had to be demolished. The new building is a single-story, 35,000 square-foot building that includes classrooms, faculty offices, and strident support functions, including a tutoring center, a learning center, and a testing center. There are also science labs and an administrative suite. Our team also completed all surrounding site work, including 320 new parking spaces, landscaping, and pedestrian access across the site.

This project met State of Tennessee High-Performance Building Requirements.
