What has been the most rewarding moment of your career? Recognition and advancement — being promoted and given a direct assistant. Having a sense of purpose added value that I not only placed on myself, but also on my role in the company.
What is a life lesson you have learned while on the job? Self-advocacy — taking the initiative to communicate your needs and wants to others in order to support your overall well-being.
What’s your ultimate career goal? Build strong work relationships and be a person whom others view as a reliable resource.
What’s the most important factor for you when it comes to having a satisfying career? Flexibility. Maintaining a balance between work life and personal life is key and, in the long term, improves my performance in both.

How has the pandemic impacted your career as a young professional?I’ve had to grow really fast in the beginning of my career as a young professional by self learning and taking the initiative on my own.
