More Jobs for Women in Construction
There are 22% more women working at Hoar Construction than there were 5 years ago. One of the top schools we recruit from has seen a 2% growth in female enrollment since 2019. Our industry still has a long way to go, but as we kick off Women in Construction Week, we’re encouraged by the increased representation by women in our industry.
